The facilities were awesome, especially the relaxing steam room and jacuzzi. Room was massive and comfy for our stay.

missingWrote a review on 23 Novstuffy roomoutdated bathroom
the room lacked basic necessities like a phone, so I had to trek to reception. also, the bathroom was stuck in the 1980s with weak water pressure—how quaint! as a valued guest, I expected a complimentary treat, but I guess choice favors the regulars here. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t deal with these inconveniences.

The family room had lighting issues, with hard-to-reach switches, making nighttime trips to the bathroom uncomfortable. electrical outlets were primarily the round type, which wasn’t communicated ahead of time, presenting a hassle for charging devices.

Great stay, awesome location!
We spent 2 nights here and loved it. The pool area was super chill, and we had an awesome time lounging there. Breakfast was a highlight—so many tasty options! Only bummer was the room could've been a tad bigger, but it was comfy enough. Definitely check out the snack bar. it hit the spot after a long day exploring.

The check-in process was disappointing, with significant delays that interrupted our plans. The room was in a shabby state, highlighted by a malfunctioning en-suite bathroom door and poor water flow in the shower. cleanliness issues persisted, with a lack of fresh towels during our stay. the hotel did offer fresh vegetables at meals, which were a nice touch.
